This is a lovely and cosy turtleneck jumper that is very simple to make. Combined with two basic tunisian crochet stitches, it creates a ribbed texture that makes it unique to be seen by the eyes. 
 
Tunisian full stitch and the tunisian simple stitch are used in creating this unique way of ribbing.
